On August 7th, chicagodusk.com closed its doors. As such, I was only able to get my updated character sheets, but not a week’s worth of transcripts – so those are missing here. In short:
Rory fights The Ghost in the Machine with adara’s help, freeing Chinatown from umbral dragon/spiders/machines that were making all her client’s appliances fail and affecting their business. She took 4 agg in damage, and Adara was injured as well, but Rory pretty much kicked total ass, taking down the two medium sized dragons by herself, and the big one with Adara’s aid.
Izzy and Derek continue to work and live together – Izzy pulled him in to train him on seeing the not obvious in a crime scene, a lesson on preserving the veil. He did well – but missed that she was the actual shooter until the end. Still, A for effort. He was distracted by her ass.
Marni flipped out on Adara for not calling the pack to let them know she was ok during/after the fight, because it brought up trust deamons for her. Marni is a work in progress, and challenged Adara to adapt to Alpha-hood faster, to remember they’re a threesome now, not singles any longer. Otherwise, she is happy with baby and Ray.
